If anything things had actually got worse for Kenra in recent times. The administrative apparatus for Tramale had expanded to the point that it had become an officially designated Hive Planet. Not coincidentally it had soon after suffered a rapid and total ecological collapse. This had caused something of a panic throughout the system which had only been resolved when civic planning advisors arrived from Ultramar and gave instruction on sustainable production and growth methods. While this had averted other planets suffering Tramale's fate, it also meant people were very reluctant to license further industrial development on beautiful Kenra. This even went so far as cases of hab-blocks on Kenra having their democratically decided upon requests for resources overriden by the votes of non-compliance by other hab-blocks elsewhere in the system, causing not incosiderable outrage and resentment on Kenra itself. Rare indeed for a people to suffer from the interference of "Not in Your Backyard"ism!
